Handsell POS privacy
Handsell POS is a point of sale service of Albokhary Business Solutions, used by shops (our clients) and their staff.
What is kept
Staff names, email addresses and roles; the shop's items, prices and stock; customers the shop records (name, mobile, and when the shop chooses: email, address, tax number); orders, payments, deliveries, invoices and returns. Each client company's data is kept in its own database.
Who owns it
The shop owns its data and can export it at any time. We use it only to run the service for that shop. We do not sell data, show ads or track people across other apps or sites.
On the phone
The app keeps the shop's catalogue and unsent sales on the phone so selling continues without internet. The camera is used only to read barcodes on the phone; pictures are not stored or sent.
Messages
When a shop switches them on, customers receive SMS or WhatsApp messages about their own orders, sent through the shop's chosen provider.
Where it is stored
On Cloudflare's network, encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
Deleting data
Customers ask the shop. Shops ask us: when a shop leaves, its data is exported for it and then deleted.

خصوصية Handsell POS
Handsell POS خدمة نقاط بيع من البخاري لحلول الأعمال، يستخدمها أصحاب المحلات (عملاؤنا) وموظفوهم.
البيانات المحفوظة
أسماء الموظفين وبريدهم وأدوارهم، وأصناف المحل وأسعاره ومخزونه، والعملاء الذين يسجلهم المحل (الاسم والموبايل، وحسب اختيار المحل: البريد والعنوان والرقم الضريبي)، والطلبات والمدفوعات والتسليمات والفواتير والمرتجعات. بيانات كل شركة في قاعدة بيانات خاصة بها.
ملكية البيانات
البيانات ملك المحل، ويقدر يصدّرها في أي وقت. نستخدمها فقط لتشغيل الخدمة له. لا نبيع البيانات ولا نعرض إعلانات ولا نتتبع أحدًا في تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.
على الموبايل
التطبيق يحفظ أصناف المحل والمبيعات التي لم تُرسل بعد على الموبايل حتى يستمر البيع بدون إنترنت. الكاميرا تُستخدم فقط لقراءة الباركود على الموبايل، ولا تُحفظ الصور ولا تُرسل.
الرسائل
عندما يفعّلها المحل، يستلم العملاء رسائل SMS أو واتساب عن طلباتهم فقط، عن طريق مزود الخدمة الذي يختاره المحل.
مكان الحفظ
على شبكة Cloudflare، ومشفرة أثناء النقل. كلمات المرور محفوظة كبصمات آمنة فقط.
حذف البيانات
العميل يطلب من المحل، والمحل يطلب منا: عند انتهاء الاشتراك نسلّم المحل بياناته ثم نحذفها.
